10 Tips of #WorkingFromHome in Disguise
As somebody who's #WorkingFromHome for the last 8 years, here are my tips:
1. Take One Day At A Time.
Every day is created from scratch. It might seem like a stretch, but I think the best thing you can do is to pretend that tomorrow may never come, there's just today and what you can do with it.
2. Establish a Daily Routine.
When you don't have much time, a routine helps you make the little time for you have count. When you have all the time in the world, a routine helps you make sure you don't waste it.
Who likes to take a shower in the morning? I do because it triggers my mind into the working state.
Japan, I ♥ You
There are a lot of stories about Japan that I could share in this Journal, but I'll keep it short.
Love at first sight, that's what we feel when we arrived in Japan for the first time.
Osaka has greeted us with chilly weather and hot miso.
We went to Kobe the next day to try the arguably the best beef in the world.
Kyoto was on another story just because of its authenticity.
I didn't spend much time in Tokyo but definitely will spend some much more next time.
Traveling with 2 kids was one of our biggest challenges of the year, but it was the most amazing trip we've ever had.
Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Wedding – Thomas & Agnes
As a wedding photographer, there's nothing more excited than a destination wedding, especially when you visited a place you've never visited before.
When we heard about Krabi, the first thing we researched was how to get there? We have found that there was no direct flight to Krabi. The shortest flight duration is 9 hours, and the departing time at 1 a.m!
We saw the weather forecast a couple of days before we depart. It was Thunderstorms every SINGLE day. We were terrified that the flight will cancel our trip due to bad weather.
Despite all the doubts, we did it! So here are the Thomas & Agnes Wedding Highlights at Phulay Bay, a ...
Venice (not) Love Story
This is not a Venice love story, this is our trip when visiting Venice, where there’s only silence; no car or bike noise.
A very quiet city, friendly, and clean. It’s hard for me to imagine that Venice was just struck by the worst flood they ever had. The way they regulate the cleanliness of the city is so strict, for example we have to put our garbage to a certain area before 10 AM everyday, and for those who litter will be fined up to 100 Euros!
We stayed in Cannaregio area and explore Piazza San Marco on the first day. We went to Burano, the Fisherman Village on the next day but we missed the Glass a making at Murano because it was clo ...
Amsterdam Street Photography
Amsterdam has been lovely, Rino and Brian took a stroll around to explore different parts of the city. That stroll took them to museums, to see maestro’s paintings by Van Gogh, Rembrant, and beautiful sculptures that is even more beautiful in real life. From there on, the iconic IAmsterdam landmark stand tall filled with locals, tourists, and some birds of course. A touristy place, yet one not to be missed. Ending that day at a must-visit area, the Red Light district, to watch the sunset from the canal, although the only picture they can take is a view of the setting sun.
The next day, they went to the legendary Keukenhof garden where the ...
San Fransisco & Yosemite Travel Diary
Snap Story family once again went to the USA!
This trip to San Jose is special, because we get to shoot Nicole and Ryan’s wedding day, after last time we shoot their pre-wedding in Bali. The excitement was real!
Then we went to explore around, stopping by San Fransisco, and the great Yosemite National Park. We did mini photo session with our team starring me and my wife because why not? The place and the view was just so breathtaking we couldn’t help ourselves.
To many more journey to the USA!
